Henrico PAL Youth Basketball League

Henrico PAL is honored to partner with Henrico Recreation & Parks to offer the Henrico PAL Winter Youth Basketball League for boys and girls ages 7-12.

The goal is to HAVE FUN, while developing skills.

* Equal playing time for all players
* One hour practice each week
* Saturday games from January - March

Practice nights and game schedule will be distributed when teams are formed. All practices and games are held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center.

Fee: $45 for each Henrico County resident / $65 for Non-Henrico County residents

All participants will receive t-shirt, trophy, and invitation to the “End of the League Banquet”.

Registration starts online today (Friday, November 30) at 12pm OR in person at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center on December 10th, 12th, 17th and 19th from 6-8pm.

Henrico PAL is such an amazing program! The youth basketball league has been such a positive outlet for kids in our community. It’s not just about the game—it’s about building confidence and teaching teamwork. Do they have any upcoming tournaments or showcases? I’d love to see how the league has grown over the years. Also, are there volunteer opportunities available? Programs like this really thrive when the whole community pitches in.
