Drop Everything and Read & Read Across America!Every year since 2008, your Henrico Police Athletic League has recognized Drop Everything and Read & Read Across America by reading books to Henrico County elementary school students for 30 minutes. Each year, Henrico PAL’s “ Drop Everything & Read Event” take place during the first week in March (March 4th, 2024). We are always seeking volunteers interested in reading to our students and teaching them the importance of reading.
