Henrico PAL partners with Henrico Recreation & Parks to offer the Henrico PAL Youth Basketball League for boys and girls ages 7-12.​

The youth basketball league consists of:

• Equal playing time for all players
• One hour practice each week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday)
  
• Practices start the week of January 26th 
• Saturday games starting February 7th​ 
• Groups will run simultaneously for the entire season. 

Practice nights and game schedule will be distributed when teams are formed. All practices and games are held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center.

Fee: Program is FREE this year

 All participants will receive t-shirt, trophy, and invitation to the “End of the League Banquet”.
