Henrico PAL partners with Henrico Recreation & Parks to offer the Henrico PAL Youth Basketball League for boys and girls ages 7-12.​

The youth basketball league consists of:

• Equal playing time for all players
• One hour practice each week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday) 
• Saturday games from January - March
• Season Dates: January 18th-March 22nd (10 weeks) 
• Groups will run simultaneously for the entire 10 week season. 

Practice nights and game schedule will be distributed when teams are formed. All practices and games are held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center.

Draft Day: Saturday, December 7th at Eastern Henrico Rec Center 
10:00am-11:00am (7-9 year old)
12:00pm-1:00pm (10-12 year old)

Fee: $70 per participant

 All participants will receive t-shirt, trophy, and invitation to the “End of the League Banquet”.
