One hour practice each week and games are held each Saturday at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center

Henrico PAL partners with Henrico Recreation & Parks to offer the Henrico PAL Youth Basketball League for boys and girls ages 7-12.

The youth basketball league consists of:

Equal playing time for all players
One hour practice each week
Saturday games from January - March

Practice nights and game schedule will be distributed when teams are formed. All practices and games are held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center.

Fee: $50 per participant

All participants will receive t-shirt, trophy, and invitation to the “End of the League Banquet”.
