​The Henrico PAL Mentorship/Youth Leadership Program encourages youth to become active citizens and positive influences in their local community. Henrico PAL recognizes the potential of our nation’s young people to be the leaders of tomorrow by starting today. Through regular meetings and community service opportunities, participants will develop into stronger leaders, in their actions and words. This program will help participants shape our communities today and tomorrow. ​
